How do I compare UK vs Dutch bachelor admissions as an EU student?

I have French Bac results and want CS. UK seems more personal-statement heavy while Dutch numerus fixus confuses me—how do people usually shortlist?

I did both apps: UK wants one strong narrative; NL often ranks by grades + subject fit. Check Studielink deadlines months earlier than UCAS.
