Consumer dispute resolution (§36 VSBG)
We are not obliged and not willingto participate in consumer dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of the German Act on Alternative Dispute Resolution in Consumer Matters (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz, VSBG). The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was shut down on 20 July 2025, so no link is provided.
