Privacy rights request.

You want to exercise a right under the GDPR (Articles 15–22)? There are three ways to do it. For most requests, self-service in Settings is available immediately — faster than any email. The other routes below cover cases self-service does not address, or if you do not have a Circulus account.

In Settings → Privacy & data you can immediately:

  • Access and portability (Art. 15 & 20 GDPR): "Download JSON export" — full export as a JSON file.
  • Erasure (Art. 17): "Delete my account" — confirmation required, permanent.
  • Restriction (Art. 18): Toggle "Restrict processing" — pauses AI processing and non-essential email.
  • Rectification (Art. 16): Edit fields in your profile directly.
  • Withdraw consent for analytics: "Reset cookie preferences" — the cookie banner opens again.
