Studies are built around production and operations management, design & technology and business strategy, complemented by a series of modules in human resources, marketing, finance and general management. Students who have completed Master level courses in the mentioned subject areas can apply to this program. The entry to this program is primarily for students graduating from The Master in Culinary Management & Innovation from Institut Lyfe, but students who have completed Master level courses in the above mentioned subjects may also apply.
