The studies focus on topics such as management and leadership skills, business ethics and corporate social responsibility, megatrends and business conceptualization, development methods, and business design. It is aimed at staff of growth and internationalisation oriented organisations, or organisations that already engage in international operations or at persons seeking employment in such organisations. The degree’s learning objectives and contents focus on s trategic management, research and development methods, global economic issues in international business, and the use of new technologies in business. The curriculum is based on the national competence framework (NQF). The competences are learning to learn, ethics, internationality and multiculturalism, operating in a workplace, sustainable development, and proactive development. Master graduates should p ossess comprehensive and specialized expertise relevant to their field, including concepts, methods, and knowledge used as the foundation for independent thinking and/or research . The aim of the Master´s Degree in International Business at KAMK is to educate experts and managers for companies and other organizations. The general objective of the degree is to provide management competencies and a deeper understanding of different aspects of business in the fast changing global environment. The studies support personal growth for challenging management and R&D tasks. Furthermore, it brings transferable life-long learning skills and an opportunity to expand professional networks.
